Structural Biology

This is particularly insightful for small molecule drug development, but can also provide critical insight for modulation of protein-DNA/RNA and protein-protein interactions.
Tyrala Consulting provides specialized structural biology and structural analysis services aimed at enhancing early drug discovery to enable design of molecules with improved affinity and/or specificity. We manage experimental structure determination with our trusted CROs to generate protein structures using X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, or cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM). We provide our clients clear interpretation of data quality and perform a thorough structural analysis to help our clients answer key questions and make informed decisions.
